Are you an ambitious events professional with strong communication skills, looking for an exciting opportunity in a stunning location? Beckenham Place Mansion is looking for an Event Planner (Maternity Cover) to join our small office team, leading the planning and delivery of a busy schedule, with particular focus on weddings and private events.

The Mansion is a Grade II* listed Georgian building, located in the heart of one of the most beautiful green spaces in South East London, Beckenham Place Park. It is home to a community of resident artists and small businesses, and hosts a regular schedule of workshops, including yoga and meditation. With character-filled rooms and beautiful views across the surrounding woodland, we have established ourselves as a popular venue for weddings, private events and public markets like Salad Days and So Last Century.

As our Event Planner, you will be the client’s main point of contact. Guiding them through the booking process from first viewing to live event day, maintaining a high level of customer service throughout. You will also need to develop collaborative relationships with teams across the business, and a broad range of external suppliers.

Reporting to the Mansion Manger you will play a key role in helping us to thrive and generate healthy revenue, delivering events for happy clients.
