Upcycled upholstery was born out of a love for bold, neon colour as a form of self-expression, a passion for anything and everything second-hand and a genuine desire to create sustainable products. After a buying career in the fashion industry, Louise found there was limited choice available for affordable, sustainable products within the homeware category. After re-training in Upholstery at Shoreditch Design Rooms, Upcycled Upholstery was born.
We aim to grow the circular economy and reduce waste. All products are upcycled; sourced from vintage, second hand pieces headed to landfill. We are also committed to using recycled materials where possible; including recycled fillings, recycled cotton & wool. Products range from prints, cushions, ottomans, headboards to chairs.
A bespoke upholstery service is on offer too so if you have a heirloom piece of furniture or want to update an existing piece, get in touch to create a personalised piece and contribute to the circular economy and support the planet. The only way is UP.
