A 6 Week Meditation Course with Andy Hobson
On this course you’ll learn the basics of meditation and the key concepts of mindfulness based stress reduction. You’ll also learn ways to return to your true nature and find genuine happiness, purpose and freedom.
Course Dates: 7:30pm to 9pm on 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st Jan & 7th & 14th Feb 2019 (Thursdays)

Andy has been meditating since 2001 and started teaching groups and individuals in 2010 after training at the Centre for Mindfulness, Research and Practice, Bangor University. Since then, his meditation guidance has helped millions of people around the world. Andy draws upon many traditions and philosophies but his teachings are all completely secular.
Andy trained to be a mindfulness teacher at the Centre for Mindfulness, Research and Practice at Bangor University, UK – an international centre for excellence in mindfulness training. Andy has also completed the Pawsb, mindfulness in primary schools training programme. Andy has 5 years experience managing a child therapy service at a primary school in London where he also offered mentoring.
He has a Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling Skills from the BACP approved Manor House Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy and an Intermediate Diploma in Therapeutic Communications with Children from the London Metropolitan University. Andy is currently studying on a Diploma in Child Counselling at The Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education.
