- What minimalism is and why people choose to live with less
- Personal journey from a cluttered home, busyness and debt to more control, less stuff and a calmer environment
- Decluttering, letting go of the stuff and emotional attachment
- How and why being more minimalist can improve your life
This lecture is free.
Chris’ delivery was captivating and articulate. It was great to have an external speaker talk about a subject that is current, relevant and topical. We look forward to having him back soon. – Carley Dale (HR Manager Firstco)
The Minimalism presentation Chris delivered was life changing. It made me think what work and personal stuff i just hold on to that has created baggage and ties. I took action the very next day by removing items from my garage! I would recommend people should take some time out to get hold of this concept. – Richard Smith (Leadership Coach NatWest Bank)
