“I feel so proud of myself creating this bouquet”
“This was such a lovely and relaxing way to have spent my afternoon”
“I have never done anything like this before”
Come along to the Autumn Flower Therapy Workshop, where you too, can feel the same way as the attendees who have been quoted above.
Do you want to go to a place where you can find time for relaxation, do a little meditation and have some enjoyment whilst creating a flower arrangement?
You can do all of these things and more. Meet like-minded people; connect with the energy of flowers, tap into your own creativity and leave with your own bouquet of flowers.
If you love flowers and have wondered if you could create a bouquet or flower arrangement; at the Dining Room of the Georgian Mansion you can do this and more. The workshop is all about you; you will begin by taking a little time to centre yourself outside in the beautiful grounds of the mansion, returning back to the Mansion Dining Room where, under the guidance of Yvette Munasinghe, you will learn how to do a single flower meditation, learn how to care for and condition your flowers for when you take them home.
You will be taught how to do a spiral bouquet and all about the energy of each one of the flowers that will be in your bouquet. The flowers for the workshop have been intuitively chosen for all participants attending.
The workshop is all about you taking time out for yourself to relax with the energy of flowers and connect you to your creativity within. It will be your time to forget about what has been going on in your past, it is time for you not to worry about your future but to connect with yourself and to be present within your mind in the here and now. You will leave the flower workshop relaxed, happy, recharged, full of pride and on a natural high.
What a lovely way to end the final day of British Summer Time, being totally relaxed in preparation for that extra hour of sleep you’ll be getting when the clocks go back.
This workshop is for everyone. If you want to reconnect with yourself, take some time out, tap into your creativity or want to try something new, come along and join in.
