Yin yoga combined with mindfulness and inner practices is a transformative and healing practice to support body, mind and heart. Join Cass Fairweather or this special introductory workshop, in advance of her regular classes starting up in the new year.
Cass has been practicing yoga and meditation for many years. As a yoga therapist, mindfulness teacher and psychotherapist she weaves together mind, body, and heart practices into each class, allowing her students to pause and develop self knowing awareness.
