The Mothership London invites you to attend to an all-round two day event to reconnect with yourself and feel good both inside and out.
Day 1: Going back to Fitness.
Friday, 29th Nov 2019. 1 PM – 4 PM
Join PT Melanie Fawcette and Women’s Physiotherapist, Annabelle Dalling and learn how to get back to exercise in a safe way, focusing on the areas of the body that have taken a toll during pregnancy and birth – pelvic floor, abdomen and back.
Babies are welcome to join mammas for this session.
Day 2: A Return to Self. Mindfulness for New Mothers.
Saturday, 7th Dec 2019. 10 AM – 1:30 PM
Exploring our relationship with ourselves and how we can become our happiest, healthiest and most alive. Led by Empowered Birth and Postnatal Coach, Anna Robertson.
And to finalise our two-day event, relax with a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath led by Uschi Classen.
Saturday session is for mums only but Dads and babies are welcome to hang out around the Mansion and mums can come in and out of the workshop if you need to feed your baby.
