Take a Chill Pill: Yoga, Meditation and Sound Healing Workshop

This workshop is designed to soothe and restore your body and mind as we move through a gentle flow pausing in moments of stillness to stretch and create space. Zoe will lead you through various meditation techniques including Yoga Nidra – a sleeping and intention setting meditation designed to sink us into blissful levels of consciousness. Zoe will conclude the workshop playing the soothing sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls to manifest those intentions and realign our inner vibrations to those of the natural world around us.
No previous experience in yoga or meditation is necessary – this is an open level workshop and everyone from advanced yogis to complete beginners are welcome. An open mind and a desire to relax are recommended.
