Winter Warmer day-long yoga retreat

The darker days and colder nights of winter can leave us feeling a little sluggish and unmotivated both mentally and physically. The temptation to stay indoors and curl up under the warmth of a blanket can be too much!. Instead of moving our bodies we become stagnant, which disturbs our natural flow of energy trapping tension, stress and negativity within.
This mini retreat aims to cultivate the warmth we seek from the inside out and restore a healthy energy flow; allowing the release of tension & stress whether mental or physical, through asana (Yoga postures), pranayama (breath work) & meditation.
The day will begin with a heat building, energetic practice before lunch, followed by an optional mindful walk within the beautiful grounds of the Park. The second part of the day will gradually wind down to a calming restorative practice and finish with deep relaxation & Yoga Nidra.
