A Spring Yoga Workshop

The workshop will focus balancing effort with ease: experiencing how – through an enlivening postural yoga practice, when we move with care, attention and intention – we may find a path to a more spacious and calm physical and mental state. Plenty of time will be given to relaxation at the end of the class. Practising in the Old Library at the Mansion is always a joy and, as ever, we’ll be able to draw inspiration from the natural beauty of Beckenham Place Park in her full spring swing.
Not suitable for absolute beginners. Students working with injuries or conditions or who have access requirements can contact me in advance of the workshop.
Please bring a yoga mat. If you have props (a yoga belt, a couple of blocks or bricks) please bring these too as there will only be limited available. You may also want to bring a blanket/eye-bag for relaxation.
