Adult Contemporary Dance

Contemporary is a style of dance that moves away from the discipline of ballet and focuses on moving by using the body’s own weight and flow.

We aim to create a fun, light and creative atmosphere, allowing each participant to enjoy the session through music, movement and individual expression. This is a class for beginners and participants who have had some dance experience.

Class 1) 6:30 – 7:30pm
Class 2) 7:45 – 8:45pm

You can pay a block booking fee of £77 for each course (seven weeks for this half term) or £13 for a drop-in class (if there is space available).
