Adult Contemporary Dance

Contemporary is a style of dance that moves away from the discipline of ballet and focuses on moving by using the body’s own weight and flow.

We aim to create a fun, light and creative atmosphere, allowing each participant to enjoy the session through music, movement and individual expression. This is a class for beginners and participants who have had some dance experience.

You can pay a block booking of £55 for the half term (five weeks for this half term) or £13 for a drop-in class (if there is space available)
