A relaxing evening that you’ll want to repeat.
Unlike other forms of meditation, Charlotte describes her classes as a STORY FOR THE MIND as she leads you into a meditative state of relaxation. Once relaxed, and mindfully exploring, she’ll work towards retraining your thoughts with powerful affirmations and adaptable breath-work techniques which you can use in your everyday life to help calm your mind and manage your stress and anxiety.
With the adaption of breath-work and the conditioning of your thoughts, the aim is that you’ll leave your class feeling relaxed and empowered but most importantly with tools that you can use when life gets a little too much.

Classes are £7 per person and bookable through & Breathe Meditation’s website. Due to safety guidelines there are limited spaces, so we’d recommend booking soon to avoid disappointment.
