Following the success of the ‘Connecting to the Spine’ workshops held last year, this series builds on the theme of applied anatomy to inform the experience of movement.
WHEN:
07.03 – The Upper Body
16.05 – The Lower Body
19.09 – The Hands, Feet and Head
07.11 – Integration of Systems (with focus on musculoskeletal, fascial, neurological and cardiorespiratory systems)
*All sessions are 2-5pm
WHO FOR:
It is open level but will involve a mix of detailed theory and an explorative, intermediate yoga practice. All those interested in movement – yoga practitioners,yoga teachers, body workers, therapists etc. – are welcome.
HOW MUCH:
£35 per workshop or £120 for the full series.
