Autumn is a time of letting go — releasing what is no longer needed or supportive of our highest good. As the energy of nature turns inwards, we too are invited to turn inwards, becoming more self-reflective after the expansion and brightness of Summer.
In this turning inwards, we learn discernment — to acknowledge what has served us and what we’re ready to release, with ritual and respect. It’s also a time to turn that same respect towards ourselves. It’s easy to look outward for validation, weighing our worth against what we see in others, when really this season calls us home to our own value.
Yoga is here to help us understand, know, and process our emotions in a world that is always changing. From this place, we can learn to trust ourselves more deeply, discerning what truly supports us and what we’re ready to let go.
In Aromayoga, we partner essential oils with poses and breathwork to cultivate a state of deep relaxation and openness. The oils become allies, deepening your connection to your inner guidance and helping you unlock your own wisdom and trust your intuition.
Within each practice, there will be prompts and enquiries, with opportunities to journal, discover and honour these insights — helping you move forward into your own personal journey, feeling clear, supported, and ready for the stillness of the coming season. Whether you are returning to this circle or stepping into it for the first time, you are welcome here. This is a sacred space of warmth, intention, and connection.
