As we enter the fullness of Spring, the Earth whispers of renewal. Buds blossom, shoots rise, and the air hums with potential. This is the season of emergence—of dreams unfurling and intentions taking root.
Yet with this rising energy can come restlessness, indecision, even frustration. The remedy is compassion, spaciousness, and gentle alignment with your own unfolding.
Join me for a sacred journey where Yoga and pure Essential Oils become your guides. Together, we will direct the upward flow of energy with grace, infusing each breath and movement with the healing aromas of nature.
Whether you are returning or stepping into this circle for the first time, you are invited to enter this sacred space of renewal and intention.
