Hey Mama,

Your bundle of joy is everything that you always dreamed of and more. And yet, with all that magic and joy also come sleepless nights, a frazzled nervous system, relationship shifts, heightened anxiety, overwhelm….the list goes on and on.

That’s why I decided to create these nourishing Baby & Me Sound Rest session – with mums, dads, caregivers, grandparents in mind. Because those that provide care in those tender early days, desperately need it themselves. For babies 2 months of age up until pre-crawling.
