An event every week that begins at 09:30 on Wednesday, repeating until 12th October 2022
BalletBeFit is an innovative fitness class which is based on principles of classical ballet and its centre routines with a combination of balance, coordination, strenuous and cardio exercises.
This can be a physically demanding but graceful and fun class designed with continuous sequences without using a barre.
It is suitable for anyone. Maybe you have some experience in ballet, either starting as an adult or during / since childhood. But even if you do not have any knowledge of ballet, we would like to encourage you to try the class. Just come and enjoy a fun fitness time!
Wear anything stretchy and comfortable allowing you easy movement and soft canvas ballet shoes or soft trainers. Bare feet or socks are not recommended.
Suggestion for you – Try Stretch Yoga straight after this class as it goes really well together.

Balletance Fitness and Yoga is new concept of fitness in your area. It is inspired by ballet and creates moves with elegance and grace. This can be anything from slow flow yoga to high energy aerobic exercise. Eva, an experienced dancer, yogi and fitness enthusiast, has a great energy that she would like to share with anyone who loves to move.
