Parenting a baby under one is exhausting and often overwhelming. One thing it doesn’t have to be is lonely.

Baby Talk exists to provide a safe place for parents of babies under one to meet others in a similar position, eat some cake, drink some coffee and process the highs and lows of parenting in the early days.

Each week we will have a short song time and sensory activity for the babies, lots of time for chatting with one another, as well a discussion time to help us think about different topics that are relevant to parenting in the early days (such as self-care, post-partum bodies, returning to work and coping with a changing identity).

We hope this group will enable you to talk, make friends and feel a bit less isolated. This group is run by Grace Church Beckenham.
