Join us for weekly breathwork, meditation and mindfulness sessions to liberate your inner strength, calm and potential.
We are passionate about the power of breath for physical, mental and spiritual health. We have both studied a variety of breathing modalities and mindfulness as well as EFT and access the bars between us. We look forward to supporting you free your breath and emotions for inner healing which will reflect on your total wellbeing.
In these sessions we will have some mindfulness practises, different breathing exercise as well as Connected Breath session. The session is likely to be in lying down position, so please bring your yoga mats as well as a small blanket and a bottle of water to drink. You will leave the session feeling inspired to transform yourself to become your best version.
