Calm Within is a Breathwork & Sound Bath experience designed to help you quiet the noise of daily life and reconnect with your calm centre.
Together, Kathleen and Clare will guide you through soothing Breathwork and an immersive sound journey, allowing you to gently release tension, restore balance, and return to yourself. You’ll be invited to slow down, soften, and feel deeply nourished — body, mind, and spirit.

Kathleen is a compassionate and skilled Breathwork Coach (YogaBody/Oxygen Advantage) and Holistic Life Coach (TCA) with a degree in Psychology (Open University) and extensive experience in guiding individuals toward greater wellbeing. As a certified meditation teacher, she combines evidence-based techniques with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to help clients reduce overwhelm and create lasting balance in their lives.

Clare Ramshaw, also known by her spiritual name Ishaani, is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Alchemy Crystal Bowl Sound Practitioner based between London and Kent.

She works with a carefully curated collection of Alchemy Crystal Bowls, each carrying its own unique vibrational signature.

Clare’s sound baths offer a calm and welcoming space where people can simply lie down, switch off from the outside world, and allow the vibrations of sound to do the work.
