Calm Within: A Breathwork & Sound Bath Journey
Calm Within is a two-hour Breathwork & Sound Bath experience designed to help you quiet the noise of daily life and reconnect with your calm centre.
Together, Kathleen and Rita will guide you through soothing Breathwork and an immersive sound journey, allowing you to gently release tension, restore balance, and return to yourself. You’ll be invited to slow down, soften, and feel deeply nourished — body, mind, and spirit.

Kathleen is a compassionate and skilled Breathwork Coach (YogaBody) and Holistic Life Coach (TCA) with a degree in Psychology (Open University) and extensive experience in guiding individuals toward greater wellbeing. As a certified meditation teacher, she combines evidence-based techniques with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to help clients reduce overwhelm and create lasting balance in their lives.
Rita is a dedicated sound healing practitioner who helps others find deep rest, balance, and inner peace through the power of sound. With five years of experience working with sound she uses a beautiful blend of instruments — gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums — to create soothing vibrational soundscapes that support relaxation and healing.
