Cognitive Analytic Therapy [CAT] is an evidence-based psychological treatment for clinical difficulties including life challenges such as stress, depression, anxiety.
Content: The workshop focusses on making sense of emotional well-being through talking therapy; “mapping” with diagrams and letter writing through a creative and relational approach.
