Experience deep relaxation leading to a heightened state of consciousness as soothing tones from the chakra tuned singing bowls resonate with and gently rebalance the body’s energy centres to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well being.
Please bring a yoga mat a blanket and a cushion.
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is an immersive sound experience, which will gently allow your mind to enter a meditative state and the vibrations will aid in revitalising your body and release tension. Sound healing instruments, such as quartz crystal bowls, gongs and chimes are used to enable you to fall into a deep relaxation. This process is called entrainment, which synchronises your brain waves to the same frequency of the instrument being played, improving wellbeing, reducing stress, accessing stillness and inner peace.
We open a safe space to release, recharge and reset your body and mind.
Join us and give yourself some well-deserved time to practice self-care. Everyone is welcome regardless of experience!
What do I do during a session?
• Lie or sit down comfortably.
• Give yourself permission to feel however your body wants to feel.
• Resist the urge to resist.
• Relax and close your eyes.
• Do not try to rationalise, simply: feel, be and release feelings that no longer serve you.
