Diversity Matters – Mum Wellbeing Group

The Mindful Mums ‘Diversity Matters’ Postnatal Group is a supportive course for women from ethnic minority backgrounds who have babies up to about a year old. The group provides a safe space for you and your baby, where you can share experiences, ask questions or give advice, learn tips and techniques for looking after your wellbeing and connect with other diverse mums in your area.

This is a non-judgmental space to share similarities and celebrate differences for women from Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority backgrounds. Bookings are essential due to
limited spaces.
