FULL MOON WOMEN’S CIRCLE with SOUND BATH

Women for centuries have been gathering in circles to share ideas, to be heard and nourished.
All Women are welcome to come and join us under the magical glow of the full moon for a night of connection, reflection, and empowerment at the beautiful space of Beckenham Place Mansion.
In October, we meet exactly during the full moon so let’s harness the energy of the moon to set intentions, release what no longer serves us, and embrace our inner strength.

What happens in the circle:

OPENING CIRCLE – introduction of ourselves and journaling

INTUITIVE MOVEMENT – gentle body stretch to feel more grounded and centred followed by 10 min of Chakra Dancing focused on the root chakra led by Janice

SOUND BATH with HEART COHERENCE – to deeply relax and connect with the desires of our heart

SHARING CIRCLE – a time for reflection and sharing

With a tribe of women around us, we feel more supported, inspired and nourished, so
let’s create a community of love, healing, and sisterhood together.

Mat, favourite blanket, notebook and pen.
