An event every week that begins at 10:30 on Tuesday and Friday, repeating until 28th October 2022
Breath and alignment based postural yoga.
Suitable for all as plenty of options given, beginners welcome.
Classes begin with breath awareness, warm up, building to standing poses, and then coming down to seated poses, and always final relaxation (savasana).

I completed a British Wheel of Yoga Foundation course, also at the Mansion with Matt Gill and 350 hour teacher training with Anna Ashby and Tony Watson at Triyoga (accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals) and Teaching yoga to Children with Susannah Hoffman at Triyoga (Accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals), Yoga for Back Care, with Anji Gopal (BWY).”

Please bring a mat, other props are useful if you have them. Please don’t buy anything if this is your first class, please get in touch.
