A gentle class suitable for those new to yoga, returning to yoga from injury or who simply want to slow things down.
This practice is all about finding a way to move which feels good, creates a feeling of ease and space in the body and the mind and supports physical and mental wellbeing. All are very welcome.
Classes can be booked 2 weeks in advance via www.alisonhenningyoga.co.uk/
