Sarah Cattrall teaches a mixture of classic Hatha yoga with some restorative poses (these are usually supine postures where the body is supported with props to encourage relaxation). The class usually begins with breath work and slow movements before moving onto the more active standing poses.
The class is suitable for people who have some yoga experience, an adequate level of fitness and the ability to get up and down from the floor unaided.
