Inner Radiance: An Aromayoga Workshop

As autumn deepens and the outer light softens, many of us sense a shift in energy. Alongside the gentle glow of the season, there is also a feeling of expansive light moving through us — a quality that can be both uplifting and, at times, overwhelming. This workshop offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and explore how to integrate this light in ways that support balance, rest, and renewal.

Through a blend of gentle yoga, breathwork, and the harmonising presence of essential oils, we will attune to two sources of brightness: the light within, your steady inner flame, and the light around us, the larger currents of energy and inspiration. Together, we’ll explore practices to help these qualities flow more easily through body, mind, and heart — so that they nourish rather than deplete, clarify rather than overwhelm.

This is a chance to give yourself time and space: to restore, to transmute what feels heavy, and to leave feeling grounded, radiant, and more at home in your own light.

Amelia is a Senior Yoga & Meditation Teacher and creator of Aromatics for Yoga©. She is an Aromatherapist, Reiki practitioner and embodied Cacao Facilitator with many years of spiritual practice. She has worked with various healing techniques acquired from her own personal self development journey. You will be held in a safe supported space where you can fully let go and be nourished on all levels of your being.
