Our children’s yoga classes encourage your child to build strength, learn about emotions, how to self-regulate and also how to nurture and value themselves.
In today’s uncertain world children are exposed to many stressors. With the confidence that comes from strengthening their bodies and minds children can thrive. We believe in teaching balance to help children be happy within their own skin.
