Have you been advised by your local Physio and Osteopath to join a Pilates class post partum? Then Mamalates is for you! Postnatal Pilates significantly benefits the core muscles. Following pregnancy, a mamas core muscles can become weakened and stretched. Pilates helps to build your deeper core muscles, as well as the muscles through your side, back, and the top and bottom. This ensures you have complete strength and stability post birth.

Mamalates is here for all new mamas that wish to work on their core muscles, including pelvic floor and to support with Diastasis Recti. Other benefits include:

We are based in the dining hall of this gorgeous Mansion on Wednesdays, with back-to-back classes at 11am and 12pm. Enjoy a relaxed session with baby and a coffee after with the mamas!
