Mat Pilates is one of the best things you can do for your body!
Focussed on strengthening the core muscles as well as the rest of the body, flexibility, balance and general mobility, this friendly Mat Pilates class is open to all.
Remember to bring your own mat!
This is a 6 week block of classes running from 19 September to 24 October.
Class is on every Monday from 6pm-7pm
