Join Penny for this 6 week Mat Pilates course open to all levels.
Pilates is amazing for building core strength and bringing awareness to the body. It increases flexibility, reduces tension and improves full body strength and correct alignment. All welcome!
Monday evenings from 6-7pm starting November 7th, and ending 12th December.
Please bring your own mat and wear loose comfortable clothing you can move easily in.
