This workshop will engage you in your senses, the colour, scents, textures, taste and even sounds of eating and drinking. Slowing down to experience the rich satisfaction of food and drink. Being curious and even playful as we investigate our responses to food and our inner cues to hunger and fullness.
This workshop will help you to acknowledge there is no right or wrong way to eat, but with awareness we can make different choices. With practice this workshop can help you change unhelpful habits of emotional/comfort eating and /or just eat less.
This workshop involves eating a small amount of fruit and chocolate. If you would not like to eat these foods, that’s absolutely fine, please email Caroline and you can swap for a food of your choice.
