Mindfulness in Practice – A Hatha and Restorative Yoga Workshop with Sarah Cattrall

This workshop will focus on finding the connection between mind and body in a yoga practice. The workshop will start with a supine opening of the body where we will begin to connect with the breath, drawing our awareness inwards. This will be followed by a physical yoga practice where the heat and energy created in physical exertion will reveal a mindfulness through movement. We will end with some restorative postures to allow the body and mind to soften and relax, eventually bringing us full circle as we return to the breath again.
