New Moon Crystal Sound bath, infused with Reiki Healing
28th November 2024 @ 19:30 - 20:30
£35
In this session, we connect with the New Moon in Sagittarius! This deeply connected moon urges us to focus on expanding our horizons and uncovering our true selves. It is advisable to set some bold intentions during this celestial event.
Come join us in taking a break from the busy routine of your everyday life and immerse yourself in a rejuvenating and healing experience. This unique workshop will blend the powerful techniques of Reiki and sound therapy.
Come and join Lauren and Becca for a deeply calming session that will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised. The harmonious sounds of the chakra-tuned singing bowls, combined with the powerful healing energies of Reiki, will delicately realign your body’s energy centres, rebalancing your physical, emotional, and spiritual body.
Originating from Japan, Reiki is a beautiful ancient technique that utilises unconditional love and universal energy to restore emotional balance, and invites tranquility into your life.
The Reiki experience, lead by Becca, will consist of hands- off Reiki, being intuitively guided to the areas of the body that need healing most. To enhance the healing, Lauren will play deeply relaxing sounds, guiding you to reflect inwards and offering the opportunity to release and let go.
