Allow your mind and body to surrender as the sound from the Gongs, Quartz Crystal & Himalayan Singing Bowls balance mind body and spirit allowing you to experience the blissful, tranquil space of deep connection with self and oneness.
Everyone is welcome. Whether you are new to Sound Baths or whether you have experienced a Sound Bath or a Gong Bath in the past. I welcome you into this space.
You will be bathed in sound as the frequencies from the healing instruments soothe your brainwaves into a dreamy/sleep like state. A time for insight, clarity and release.

* Release emotional and energetic blocks. A time to let go.
* Releases tension in the body

* Can help to release what no longer serves us and change old behavioural patterns and habits
What will you need to bring to a Sound Bath?
You will find it more comfortable to lay down.
* Bring a Yoga mat
* A throw/sleeping bag and cushion for your warmth and comfort. Get cosy!
* A crystal if you wish to receive additional healing energies during the session
* A bottle of water to help keep you hydrated.
* An eye mask
* Dress warm in comfortable clothing.
