Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

Experience a deeply restorative journey of relaxation and healing in our Nurturing Sound Bath with Reiki by Candlelight at beautiful Beckenham Mansion. Set in a serene and intimate atmosphere, this unique session combines the soothing vibrations of sound healing with the gentle energy of Reiki, all bathed in the warm glow of candlelight.

As you recline comfortably, the soothing sounds of singing bowls, Shamanic Drum, chimes, and other instruments will gently wash over you, inviting your mind and body into a state of deep calm. These healing frequencies help to release tension, clear blockages, and restore balance to your energetic system.

In addition to sound healing, the gentle flow of Reiki healing energy promotes a sense of peace, clarity, and vitality. Reiki works to support the body’s natural healing processes, calming the nervous system and enhancing your overall well-being.

This rejuvenating Sound Bath session is perfect for those looking to relax, heal, and restore balance and will leave you feeling refreshed, centred, and deeply nurtured.
