Pilates at the Mansion

Mat Pilates is for everyone!

Not only does it strengthen your core, it gives you greater mobility and balance in your body. Penny’s Mat Pilates classes are open to all levels, and combine a mixture of strengthening, stretching and mobilising the whole body, leaving you feeling amazing!

Penny is a fully qualified Mat and Equipment pilates instructor, a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer, Barre Fitness instructor and Ariel Yoga Instructor.

Classes will run weekly from Monday 31st July 2023 from 6.00pm-7.00pm until Monday 21st August 2023.

This is a 4 week course, the class will develop each week. Please remember to bring your own mat, and water, and wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in.
