Mat Pilates is for everyone!
Not only does it strengthen your core, it gives you greater mobility and balance in your body. These classes are open to all levels, and combine a mixture of strengthening, stretching and mobilising the whole body, leaving you feeling amazing!
Classes will run weekly from Monday 8th January 2024 6.00pm-7.00pm until Monday 29th January 2024.
This is a 4 week course, the class will develop each week. Please remember to bring your own mat, water, and wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in.
