Pinocchio by The Magical Paper Theatre

Pinocchio is one of the most reimagined characters in children’s literature and he is coming alive one more time! This time, his incredible journey is told in a giant version of a Victorian-style paper theatre!

We have illustrated and created 41 characters, 26 scenes, a 15-meter-long crankie & 113 pieces of props to tell you this amazing story which was originally adapted for paper theatre.

Paper theatres were very popular in the 19th century throughout Europe. Before there was no internet, no Netflix, or Disney Channel, they were one of the greatest entertainment for the whole family. Join us for fun in this nostalgic way of storytelling.

The show is 45-minute long. After it finishes, you can visit our mini backstage to meet the puppets and see how the mechanism work.
