Pisces Full Moon Gong Bath – Sound Meditation in the Mansion

We will tune into the energy of the new moon and journey with the gong to the stars and back.

I am back in the stunning Beckenham Mansion and can’t wait to welcome you all!

And what a magical space it is! Beckenham Place Mansion. A grand, old building with an adjoining park right around the corner from Beckenham Hill train station. Bring a friend or two and get ready to be bathed in the healing frequencies of the gong.
Our evening together will involve a guided meditation followed by a magical sound journey.

All you have to do is turn up, lie down, and tune in.
Bring an open mind and heart!

Gongs are ancient instruments that have been used for rituals & ceremonies for many centuries. When played, they produce a wide array of harmonics and hauntingly beautiful melodies, which can lower our brainwaves into a Theta state and aid our healing journey.

There is no right or wrong way to feel during the experience and some of you might see visuals, while others feel a deep sense of relaxation & calm. Long-forgotten emotions and feelings might also be triggered and brought to the surface to heal and integrate. Embrace them!

IMPORTANT BITS AND BOBS:
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, cushion, eye pillow, and some water. The mansion can get a bit chilly, so please dress comfortably, in layers.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the session begins and avoid being late, as late-comers cannot be admitted.
There is no reception desk in the mansion and once the session is in flow I can’t admit anybody in. Therefore, please be punctual.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Gong baths are not recommended for pregnancies in the first trimester, individuals with pacemakers/metal implants, epilepsy or any form of a serious mental health condition. By purchasing your ticket, you confirm that you have read and understood these conditions.

Your facilitator:

Theresa is a triple water sign, an empath, and a highly intuitive soul. The odd tear is never far away as her emotions run very deep. She runs regular gong meditations, and women’s centric workshops and also offers 1:1 energy healing work. Her interests span from the realms of magic to sound, to holding space to holistic psychology. She is mum to 21 months old Frankie.
