Postnatal Yoga with Baby

Postnatal Yoga with Baby is a great way to rebuild from the inside out, a gentle, safe and super effective way to repair your body from birth, take time for yourself (with babies) and connect with other mums and birthing parents.
Please know however you both turn up to class is 100% welcome – giggles, tears and all!
We will focus on strengthening from the inside to restore your inner most core and pelvic floor creating a strong foundation for you to move onto more challenging exercise or yoga later.
We’ll relax and rejuvenate through mindfulness tools and restorative yoga poses.
Connect with your babe and connect with others to build a community together.
This class is safe for new mums 8 weeks post birth having had the go ahead from their doctor.
Babies are invited to join in as much or as little as they like, but this hour is mostly for you. Feel free to come with abby or without – if you’re ready to leave them!
