Hi, I’m Cat, a specialist Pregnancy and Women’s Health yoga teacher. My teacher training through LushTums ignited a passion within to support those on their journey to parenthood, not only whilst pregnant but whilst trying to get there too.

Pregnancy yoga will help keep you strong and healthy, ease pregnancy ailments, create space through the body whilst help prepare you for birth – however your birth may be.

We will explore breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation as well as mindful movement creating strength and mobility through the body. (If you suffer from PGP, or any pregnancy specific ailment I will modify movements to suit you).

Take this as an opportunity to connect with your baby, body, mind and other local mums in the area.

Beckenham Place Mansion is a beautiful location to explore movement and practise yoga.

These classes are suitable from 15 weeks with no previous yoga experience or 12 weeks post scan if you have experience and you’re feeling good.
