Join me for a nourishing pregnancy yoga class exploring mindful movement to prepare your body and mind for birth. My classes are designed to keep you strong and healthy, chilled and relaxed, ease pregnancy ailments and explore ways through yoga, to prepare you for birth – however your birth may be. We will learn breathing techniques, explore meditation and relaxation as well as move to create space and strength through the body.
Take this as an opportunity to connect with other local mamas and build your tribe, a gift in that first year of motherhood. Beckenham Place Mansion is located inside Beckenham Place Park, a beautiful location to explore movement and if you wish to stay afterwards for a cuppa!
