Having a baby is rarely without its challenges, but having a baby when you’re also LGBTQ+ can bring additional experiences and difficulties to navigate.

Our new wellbeing group provides a safe space for LGBTQ+ parents of babies 0-24 months. Learn techniques to look after yourself and build resilience to handle the stresses and anxieties of being a new parent.

Bookings are essential due to limited spaces.
Priority to parents from Lewisham borough but open to parents in Bromley, and Greenwich too.
