Rasa Yoga is a soulful fusion of asana, mantra, mudra, myth, pranayama, meditation, functional anatomy, Tantric yoga philosophy, shadow work, and soul alchemy, created by visionary Sianna Sherman.
This is a slower, quieter class, more based on healthy alignment to support the body, tuning in with the needs of your body and nervous system, incorporating pranayama (breathwork), and a long deep relaxation. Well suited to beginners and those with a therapeutic need or rehabilitating an injury. It also provides a great way to cultivate more awareness and strength for experienced practitioners.
Claire teaches with care & authenticity. Her fifteen years plus experience means she is skilled at holding space for all levels of ability so you can build your yoga practice from the foundation up.
Costs are on an honour based pricing system for you to choose what best suits your finances.
Support: £100.00 Course ticket – for all 6 dates: for those who would like to contribute towards the Community ticket to enable someone to join at a low cost rate.
Sustain: £70.00 Course ticket – for all 6 dates: Standard ticket price.
Community: £40.00 Course ticket – for all 6 dates: Reduced fee for those with limited resources
