Rasa Yoga for Radiant Health

An event every week that begins at 09:30 on Thursday, repeating until 26th May 2022
This is a slower class, more based on healthy alignment to support the body, and incorporating pranayama, and a long deep relaxation. Well suited to beginners and those with a therapeutic need or rehabilitating an injury.
Bring your own mats and props: Ideal props: mat, 2 yoga bricks (or alternatively, books), 1 or 2 yoga blocks or a cushion, a yoga belt (or a dressing gown belt) and a blanket.
