Restorative Yoga ~ Sound Bath ~ Breathing Techniques ~ Essential Oils ~ Guided Meditation

This session is an essential Self Care practice within the busy hectic urban life, giving us an opportunity to SLOW DOWN, REBALANCE, RECHARGE and REJUVENATE.

The aim of the class is to:

– release tension from body and mind through gentle stretching and practising Restorative Yoga where posture is held for longer and where body is supported by the yoga bolsters and blocks

– deeply relax in a soothing and nurturing Sound Bath with Singing Bowls, Crystal Triangle, Koshi Chimes and a Shamanic Drum

– promote better sleep, feel more grounded and balanced

The benefits of our practice is enhanced by therapeutic grade essential oils intentionally chosen to create a sense of calmness, tranquillity and wellbeing.

This class is suitable for all levels.

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, water and optional eye mask.
Wear comfortable clothing and warm socks.
Yoga bolsters and blocks are provided.
